The Plantation Martin House has an old southern charm with beautiful columns and 2 gabled "windows". Has 6 rooms that measure 4x 6 1/2" x 6 inches.

The roof can be removed for cleanout .
We do not recommend their actual use due to the inability to perform nest checks. Though they can be cleaned out, they are designed to be opened empty. In other words, when no birds, eggs or nestlings are present. Opening the house while birds are inside would seriously disrupt the nesting process, break eggs and possibly injure baby birds.
