As some items are handcrafted, they may vary slightly. This in no way detracts
from the beauty and individuality of the piece. Also, as stock and availability
vary, supply can be limited and items may or may not return to our inventory.
Thus sometimes exchanges may not be possible. We ship all items with insurance
or delivery confirmation to assure you get your order. On art prints and
handcrafted items, we will happily accept returns, at your expense for return
shipping, if item is not what you expected. We must be notified within 5 days.
All other returns will be individually considered on a one on one basis. Apparel
items must be unwashed, unworn and in resalable condition. Please contact us
ASAP at our email address to notify us of any damaged items or intent to return.
Money would then be refunded once item is returned and received.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order begins processing immediately after you complete your order. During
processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order
moves into the In Transit or shipping process, it cannot be
canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
1. Log in to your account and check your order status.
2. If the order says Pending or Processing, Email us
immediately with your desire to cancel.
If the status says In Transit, the order is already being shipped and
cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you
can contact us about returning any unwanted items in accordance with our return
policy.
SHIPPING
Shipping is Standard
Mail with the US Postal service by default. Purple Martin houses, gourd racks,
gourds and other items from our vendors use UPS or Fedex. Express or Priority
Shipping is available by request. When placing your order please indicate your
desire for faster delivery and we will email you with the cost for upgraded
shipping. Our shipping policy is for the continental U.S.A. only. Call or
email us for shipping rates to Canada.
Shipping is only $6.00,
plus $1.00 for each additional item.
Though you may
find the same items on other sites for less, once you add in their additional
shipping charges and surcharges, PurpleMartins-R-Us.com is actually
less expensive, in most cases.
