Sparrow Trap has 2 compartments. A great humane trap for controlling English sparrows and starlings at your purple martin colony.
2 separate chambers allow trapping of 2 birds before needing to be reset. Keep one of the sparrows you catch in the center holding area to act as a decoy to keep attracting more sparrows to the trap. Bait with whatever your sparrows enjoy in the included bait dish then place in an environment where you want to control sparrows and starlings.
Critical to Bluebird and Purple Martin nesting success.
Always monitor traps carefully and frequently to prevent the capture of native birds!
