Trendsetter 18, 26 & 28 purple martin martin houses are the Cadillac in purple martin housing. Top of the line quality that will last a lifetime.

Designed with the same useful and beneficial features as the 8 and 12. This spacious 35” square aluminum martin house has insulated compartment ceilings and an insulated roof to keep nests cool in the summer and warm on cold nights.
The 26 compartments have a mix of straight entry and side entrances.
Large 6” x 11 ” and 6” x 12” (gable compartments are 6” x 9”)
All suites have vinyl coated wire subfloors to prevent leg splay.
Ventilation that you can open and close.
Each easily removed side panel allows nest checks of four compartments.
This spacious house has 5” wide “rain guard ” porches to keep the nest dry in extreme weather conditions.
Porch dividers increase occupancy and decrease porch dominance.

System includes white powder coated 2” square 13 ’ steel pole, ground stake, top perches, winch with stainless steel cable for safe and easy lowering and raising the martin house.
Choice of round or crescent entrances. Crescent entrances now come with built in anti-wing entrapment guards. Winter door caps included with round entrances.
Trendsetter houses are fully assembled.
