Trendsetter Martin Houses are designed with lots of useful and
beneficial features for the purple martin. This aluminum purple martin bird house has
insulated compartment ceilings and insulated roof. Compartments
have side entrances, which the martins like because they turn right
or left into large 6” x 11” compartments. That means safety from predators! Vinyl coated wire subfloors are standard features,
as are removable fronts and ventilation that you can open and close.
This spacious house has wide “rain guard” porches to keep the
nest dry in extreme weather conditions. Porch dividers increase
occupancy and decrease porch dominance.
System includes:
a 14’ tall 2” square aluminum pole,
ground stake,
top perches,
2 - 48" smooth fiberglass perch rods,
winch with stainless steel cable for safe, easy lowering and raising
the martin house.
Choice of round or crescent entrances.
